Pop-Up Ads

I keep getting these annoying pop-up ads..
They are little tan colored boxes that will just pop up in the middle of the screen from out of no where.
I started to read some of the little boxes and it seems to me that Most of them are coming from the same damn place..... killmessenger.com
This site guarantees that if I pay $19.95. I can stop these messages for ever...
It REALLY pisses me off that I should have to pay them to stop sending me these pop-up ads..

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to stop these annoying things?

and you have to becareful with what you delete too with those softwares that stop pop up ads...sometimes they will make other programs not work
