sometimes respect goes without saying. but its nice to know that when someone agrees or even disagrees with your views they still respect them. i was a rank newbie on the fitness board and under the guidance of many of the same guys you have posted i have become a semi knowledgable novice BB that realizes i still have alot to learn but but have come along way. thanks to you and the other bros on this board i know i will accomplish my goals!

My approach to kids and the ignorant is usually the "I am God" approach and if you dont like it, there's hundreds of more boards out there...... I didnt need you to respond because you're not someone I respect (or even heard about up until a week ago).... so your opinion is of no relevance to me....
