If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
Unfortunately, if you hit someone from behind, the rear car almost always gets the ticket. This guy clearly should have not pulled out in front of you, hes a dumbass for doing so, but Im betting he didnt get a ticket for it. I hope Im wrong and you didnt get a ticket. He didnt look injured or shaken up at all in the video so If he tries to sue, you can use the video. good luck
