I have had a sore rotator for a few months now and it is improving with deep tissue massage and rotator specific exercises. My question is this...any benefit to injecting right into the shoulder. Maybe break up scar tissue, speed up healing or something? Just wondering.

i did it with prop once when my rear delt was strained. hurt like a muther. i didnt notice any faster healing. -
I always wondered the same..b/c my left shoulder still bugs me from an injury back in Oct! I thought about injectin in there in hopes it may help heal better!
But I haven't heard any good outcomes from anyone doing this!Comment
