I took all mine out broke two barbells in my tongue and swallowed one of them! One of them I was playing with to much and unscrewed the ball I couldnt stop playing with my mouth and biting my jaw back then, glad I dont have that problem anymore! After piercing my tongue 3 times I decided after I broke it after the 3rd piercing that I wasnt gonna do a 4th, that shit hurts more and more each time you have it done! The 3rd time really hurt I had a big barbell in there to... had it for a long time when I was younger!
