Anyone here try this thing??? its great...and Im debating if its actually good for you if your cutting??? it seems to have yogurt, and fruit, and nuts....I cant find any nutritonal info on it...what you guys think?

They're actually not bad. Unsweetened yogurt, fruit, and granola.
While I agree they arn't anything special. The odd one isn't going to hurt your diet. (so long as you skip the supersized double 1/4 pounder meal)RIP BigJim33 & GearedUp: You are sorely missed my friends.
