I reside in the NYC area and i want to know how much is my bodyfat percentage so i can know how much fat i need to lose in order to get ripped. I don't have a gym membership right now and i want to get my bodyfat tested right area so i can know where to start. Does anybpdy know where i can get my bodyfat tested?

buy some calipers and do it yourself. or have a trainer at your gym do it...The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

do an internet search for slim guide. you can find em' all over the place. they're fairly cheap to. around 20-30 bucks. i have a great spreadsheet that will calculate all the measurments for you. just send me a PM with your address and i'll email it to you....Originally posted by gongshow

If you're shooting for a summer six pack I wouldn't worry about getting your bf down to a certain number, just eat clean and up the cardio. Maybe add some clen after six to ten weeks of dieting.Comment
