The Rest of the Story
Donald came to stay with me in my trailer. He delivered Altec trucks. He asked mom to get him a credit card to pay fuel and expenses, he quickly maxed it. Mom paid the minimum payment for a while then canceled the card leaving her to pay the balance because Donald was not. She paid over 11.000 to pay it off. This hurt mom and pissed dad off.
When mom was in the hospital she cave me a credit card to take care of dad. Medicine food and stuff like that. When I came over I would cut the grass and clean the home (dog hair and dog urine mostly)
Dad was so pissed at Donald for the child support he owes and the way he treated mom he was going to write him totally out of the will. I told dad to give him something. He asked what was fair, I told him 20% is fair. So dad rewrote the will with 2 friends as witness.
Dad passed away on his birthday. I could not find the new will so it was up to me to get the home ready to sell. I finally found the new will under some urine soaked papers. I took it to the estate attorney. He sent it out with some more written documents to a hand writing expert. It cam as legit. He submitted it to the court.
I got phone calls from Don xwife and girlfriend. Xwife says she is not going to let me stay in the home (what), girlfriend telling me how she is going to redecorate home (double what). I kept on doing what I doing cleaning the home. Donald came her with his hands out to get a big payday, he was disappointed when all of his part was going to child support.
Don was here not paying anything for about 2 years trying to get disability. When that did not happen he got a job. I had back surgery about the same time, he was getting verbally abusive so I evicted him.
He could not keep a job but it was someone else that did it. He was going to be put out so I let him come back here. He stole from me to get dope and gas money for the truck I gave him. He moved out once he got his SS.
