    My old room-mate gave me some exercises to do, to have lucid dreams more often. He is going for his masters in pyschology, so he taught me some good head tricks :p

      My friend who lucids dreams on occasion said a way to stay in the dream once you realize your dreaming is to spin around in a circle. Don't know if it works but he says it does.
