Has anyone ever had a dream where you are floatin aboive your bed and see yourself sleepin happened to me a few months ago
I was also sleepin a while back and my mind kicked in it was like i was awake in my body freaky feeling cause you know you are asleep but your like trying to move but your body is paralyzed. I was scared shitless i thought i was trapped in my body so i started telling myself to wake up wake up and i'm struggling inside my body and mothin is movin. Scary shit but then i woke up and all was fine
That sounds like something they have on "art bell" every once and awhile..............Out of Body Experience they claim it starts with sleep paralysis! Shit I don't know it's never happened to me......but that would be cool
All of a sudden I wake up in this white room with no windows and no gravity. There are 3 other people floating in the room. I ask them what the hell is going on. They say they don't know but they feel like we are being tested, and that every five minutes a member of the room will disappear while a new member will appear simultaneously, in the order you appear. So you will be here 20 minutes.
Then the first guy disappeared and a new guy appeared and he was as startled as I was and we had to explain everything to him - then the next guy disappeared, and we had to repeat the process again and agian. Then it was my turn, I was scared shitless then I woke up in bed.

Basically, Sleep Paralysis is a natural bodily function that causes us to be paralyzed during sleep. It prevents us hurting ourselves or others during dreams. Your body emits a chemical while you are sleeping that causes you to be paralyzed sorta like a snakes venom or something to that effect. But sometimes your mind wakes up and your body is still in the "paralyzed state."
When it happens to me, I feel like there is a presence in the room when this happens to me, its creepy.
Here is a formal definition:
The isolated sleep paralysis event occurs most often at sleep onset. An individual, even though aware and maintains that he is awake, is atonic, and has great difficulty moving. This atonic state is similar to the atonia experienced during REM sleep. This experience also may produce great anxiety and fear, while the individual struggles to "wake up".
Individuals who experience sleep paralysis often report concurrent hypnagogic hallucinations. A commonly reported hallucination is the feeling of a presence or entity in the room in which the individual sleeps. At times this presence may seem threatening and evil.

dreams are cool. Waking up out of them is cool too. The funniest is when your half asleep and you feel like your falling and slam into your bed. Scarry as hell, but you have to laugh after it lol Then there the times when I wake up in the middle of the night and only half my body is awake and I start walking and falling to one side, one of these time I'm going to fall over the railing outside the bedroom. The mass-murder ones are cool. Sub machine-gun mowwing down people, for no apparent reason. I did a 1 hr presentation in highscool on dreams. Sigmend Freud's Psycho analysis was my main study.
