It can be pretty real, and there is so much more beyond our Sun sign. This is where the natal chart comes in, it is like a blueprint of your life. I have been studying mine, and it has been a great learning tool. Fuzo is Aquarius too so I have studied that sign to the core,lol. I've been following astrology and planet transit during this pandemic. It is pretty amazing at how the moving planets and signs correlate with so much that is happening right now. The signs each have a positive and negative so if you can resonate with some of the negatives, it is a good place to do some self work.
