Everyone has too vent sometimes....I go to Golds Gym [Paul Dillet, Greg Kovacks, Henderson ect] really nice gym.... Today my body wanted me to come workout back with him at Premier..................WOW...First off Half the lights are broken, then ALL the weights are all over the fucken place, ALL the weights are falling apart........AND THE WORST PART it must have been 40C or like 110F in there .... Every set I did I almost past out....Honestly it was like working out in the FUCKEN MIDDLE OF the dessert with GARBAGE weights...I almost past out twice...NEVER GO TO A PREMIER they are a health Hazard
They don't make gyms like that anymore, those types of gyms are where the iron men of yesteryear built their bodies, they didn't build them on fancy gyms like today, those were the days
By the way,I train outside where it's like 90 degrees with the humidity at 85%,it's the only way to train
Trust me this is not an oldschool gym....this fucken dump is being marketed like its a state of the art gym.........AND ITS A FUCKEN HOLE...you can't grow in a dump like that....just thinking about it pisses me off:2gunsfiri
Intense, you workout outside, is it at venice? Thats the only place I know that has a gym outside during the summer. Unless you built a gym outside in your back yard, lol.

I got my weights and my powerrack outside on the patio(which has a cover by the way)but still you can sweat like crazy if it's hot outside, gotta love spring and summer lol
I have three gyms in my town one is in a basement of an old mall really old equipment, but everything to get the job done, not much for cadio. the second gym, steel frame building on a slab. nicer but still old school, this is the gym I currently work out at right now. all the equipment and some. not to packed and very few distractions. not to mention good loud music. the third gym the newest owned by a personal trainer and doctor has all the newest shiza. everything. i've been here a few times i like to run hammer strength for awhile every now and then. I have lifted at all 3 of these gyms in the past 2 years they all have something different to offer. Its good to switch it up every once and a while, if you know what i mean. have a good night..
