Hey guys, so I've been working out alot and by that course I gained alot of weight and muscle mass, is there a way to lose all the body fat and build more muscle to have that all muscle look?

Not sure what you’re doing for cardio but definitely 4 times a week if you’re looking to burn some body fat, adjust the diet and cut out anything sugar related and cut the carbs somewhat while keeping protein up at about 1-2 grams per pound of lean body weight. Good base you got. Leaning out a bit and banging the iron hard and you could have a mean X frame

Good work man! Like BD said add some cardio and cut the sugars. You might loose some mass but as there is sub Q fat all over out bodies so your muscles will look smaller but will still be growing. I have found sipping a protein shake all day keeps the body anti catabolic while dropping fat.
