i have this friend i met at the gym a couple of years ago , she babysat my son several times. (she worked in the daycare) she moved out of state for 6 months to live with her dad and pay some bills. she came back this week and called me at work we met for lunch. she weighs 85# soaking wet now she was about 110# and looked good. she popped 3 hydroxycuts as soon as we got to chili's and ordered a salad with no dressing. she said thats all she eats now. she looks unhealthy when i finally built up the stones to ask her about it she got defensive and told me to drop it after eating she popped 4 fiber pills she said it keeps her full feeling. how can you help someone you like that dosnt want to be helped. it hurts me to see her like this and she thinks she looks good.

I have no idea, it is sad though that most girls go through that. What I would do is give tough love. Be rude, tell her how she looks way better with extra weight, and how she looks kinda weird being so skinny. I know it sounds mean and rude to act like that but thats the only way you can get through to some girls."I plead with you to give your bodies to God. Help her out bro or something bro cause thats messed up. I rather have her eat a high protien diet and low carb with 20 minute aerobics 5 times a week instead of her taking that and not eating whta she is supposed to be eating.

I wouldn't be blunt with her, she'll disagree with what you say, and withdraw into herself further. She needs professional help. You could be subtle though. It's difficult.
