I am getting lean and hard as hell as well as him,both our abs are almost out.He is gonna try to get to 215 and me at 220 both with abs and 6'1,ages 54 and 25,I 'm fuking siked for some reason I for sure will hit the iron and diet even harder,cant have the ol man lookin better-dirty bastid.His advantage is that at 54 his boys dont call him to go out lol,anyways when they r done I will post them.
