So CBD oil is all over the place. I am curious about it myself. Does anyone mind telling me if you use it and for what?

I use it....
Anxiety, stress relief, better sleep, arthritis pain....
I use around 10mg to 16mg a day at most.
I use after work...

Smoking a few hits if bought in vape tank works faster relaxed feeling...

Wife uses too. No buzz but helps above listed!! Nothing the kids want mostly older faulks

I use the higher strength stuff in my vape. last time we ordered it was 1000 mg but I think we will go 1500 next time. it is expensive but then you have to hit the vape less to get the 12-15 mg I want. Oral I do 300 mg as a lot gets broken down in the gut i feel. I hit the vape 6-8 times i get the same effect as 300 mg oral.

I use it for anti inflamatory as well and my wife uses it for neuropathic nerve pain which it has all but relieved

It does help with anxiety and sleep as well.

My girl and niece like it. my girl drinks it to help her sleep esp when she has body aches. Niece isn't too bright and vapes it thinking it is the "real" thing. Did nothing for me.

But myself with CBD, too much and I am tired next day. I have 300mg vape tank on big battery adjustable volt.. 3 hits and good. Lasted prolly 3 weeks...
Think it's like 1 or 2ml per tank???

But brand I use that amount is all I need 15mg oil under tounge 30 secs then swallow.

But I also use 300mg L-THEANINE!!
L-THEANINE great supp best on empty stomach!!!

i get in so much trouble here because of the way i talked where i used to live. chem head here or there whatever means a hangover but from drugs, not booze. i get a hangover from too much of anything. Yoked??? ya that means I swear i could handle meth better than eggs lol.

But buyer beware. Many companies do not have the Mgs they say they do in the product. and many are simply help oil with very little or no CBD in it.
