Music has always helped me focus. Now our daughter also has her headphones on before her games, and such. She also has music on while she does homework. Fuzo thinks she should have it quiet? I so get her though cause I am the same way. I just spent some time doing bills, and finances, while I have hard tunes playing. Anyone need music to help their focus, not just for training?

On another note, a blaring TV makes me nuts,lol. I also prefer to be alone during my focusing time. Have to watch out for highway hypnosis too

A blaring TV going all the time is hard on the nerves. Its noise pollution, esp the commercials
They have special studying and reading music on youtube that I use sometimes. I went thru college studying to classical music the whole timeComment
