Me too. Much less should be left for the cops to take care of.
If more was taken care of by every day citizens less injustice and lawlessness would happen. It would take many more people to feel this way for it to work. To many people ignore things if it isn't directly affecting them not realizing it will eventually spread to them and there loved ones.
