If you eat undercooked chicken, are you guaranteed to get sick? Or do you just have a better chance of getting ill?

It's almost IMO impossible to do that unless you just cook it for about 2 minutes...chicken cooks very rapidly and does not need such high cooking temperatures like other meats, I cook chicken almost on a daily basis...you'll know if you don't cook it through, trust me, it'll look really pink and taste like shit -

well it was the good stuff, it was stuffed with crawfish and rice, so the chicken itself wasn't thick at all because it was stuffed.

ahhhhh u shouldnt 've said that bro, my mom cooks it like that at times. I like it tender and juicy and at times a little spicy and crispy. At times she just makes it like that and it smells sorta ugly and feels like gum or something, but im hungry what can i do about it that to eat it.Comment
