If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
On the first day, just hit the gym afterwards and go bezerk (copyright Berzerker, 2003). Really push yourself to the nth degree. That way you'll know each time you have to do at least that, and set it up in your mind for later that anything less is not enough. You'll be pumped. Enjoy.
