  • Dumbbell pull over issue?

So I'm doing dumbbell pull overs, fairly light yesterday, mostly feeling the stretch, when I feel a slight pop in the area of my rear delt/upper triceps insertion. No real pain but skip the rest of the exercise and finish my chest workout. Later some pain starts but I can't pinpoint exactly what I did as the pain grabs me randomly.

This morning the area is sore but still really can't tell where the issue is! Maybe upper tricep strain? No blood pooling or bruising so that's good but it feels deep anyways so not sure a little tear would show.

Anyone ever had this issue or know what I did...?

could be rotator or labrum! I've delt with both. left shoulder. labrum by far for me is much worse. please read this below. sounds like this

Sounds like a muscle strain in the area where the lattissimus, teres minor/major and infraspinatous tie in behind the tricep. Ice and stretch and it should clear up

Could be part of the rotator cuff or labrum too, but would need an MRI to pinpoint exactly. But First guess is musculotendonous , which should clear up in a week or so
