My wife and son bought me this lifting device called the sling shot by mark bell for fathers day. I gave it a go the other day and it basically reminds of wearing a lifting shirt for bench pressing. It keeps your form really tight and gives assistance. Wondering if anyone on here has tried it out and was able to get positive results from it?

Listen people , I have it from a good source that FUZO works with Mark Bell and endorses a product he doesn't even use because he gets money from every piece ordered .
FUZO works for a moving company and all he does is pick up refrigerators and puts them done !!! That's his sling shot
