  • Simple Crossfit workout for you guys...,

    Some of you may know this...but for the past year I have successfully opened up my own Crossfit gym. I love incorporating the different areas of power lifting into the workouts every day.
    no I'm not that guy who thinks it's the best or anything...as my first love is just picking up heavy shit...but I do love to get pushed to my breaking point.
    Here is one to try on your chest day...
    Warm up
    5x5 flat bench superset with 5 push-ups
    5x5 incline bench superset with 5 push-ups
    Make sure the 5x5 are heavy but you're not going to failure.

    Crossfit workout for time...
    15,14,13,12,11,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 of the following..
    Dips
    Pull-ups
    Sit ups

    Start at 15 each...next set 14..etc.
