Ultimate Chest Tension !!!

I have done this routine a few time and I really like it for exhaustion of the chest.

Ive done it and man it is killer. Me and my training partner use it on each muscle group. Friday was chest, shoulders and biceps. The pump was insane! All we needed was 1 exercise for chest, 1 for shoulders and 1 for biceps and we were toasted.

FreakShow , I def agree , after doin that routine for chest it's like I don't even want to do more . I push myself to complete the routine I've set for myself, but after doin that weight has to be lite , but that's just me !!!

youre right, its damn hard to finish a workout. But ive done it 2 ways, just 1 set of 100 lowering weight and increasing weight and thats it. i also have done my chest routine and finished with the 100 lowering weight and my god the burn.
