I don't ever count the bars on HS movements. I either use plates per side or just total plate weight.

2 pounds I think on each side.........depends on HS machine.

If the Olympic Bar weighs 45 , reg bar weighs 40lbs ?
Fuckin love HS machines, but I never weigh the machine itself , just what plates I put on it !!!
