Back to the gym today after a little time away. Did some back and biceps but did not do a whole lot. On my way home I had a squeezing feeling on the front and sides of my head along with pain. Last about a 1/2 hour. I was hydrated and I keep my breathing in check on lifts. I know it wasn't my bp either. I am assuming the long hiatus from listing means I need to take it even slower than I thought I did this morning. Thoughts?
I have a feeling my histamine level rose as it has done this before when I exercise and I get itchy all over too
