These last few yrs I've been gaining more weight getting more bulky for a reason and that reason is I have a goal in mind. In my 20's 30's I was always ripped my early 40's started to gain more weight and now I'm at 265 and that's real big for me.I'm a normal 205-215 guy.But that being said I've been bulking because I want to Bench 500lbs now Im 47 and I have 3 metal plates in my neck c4-c5-c5-c6 c7 t1 my t11 t12 was fixed as well had 3 shoulder surgeries both hand surgeries I was crushed at work so some days are hard for me but I always go to the gym and pound it out. My warm up is 135 x 10 225 x 10 315 x 10 then I bring out my SLING SHOT best thing ever made for benching Imo and last night did my all time best 475. Now yes to some of you young bucks 500lbs is nothing but to me with my age my injuries I'm happy .I told baby1 and everyone in the gym the day I do 500 I will video it and then I will lose a lot of weight and hopefully feel better not carrying all this weight. So my point be proud of what you do,have a goal, try and reach your goal. Some people do say hey Fuzo do 475 without the sling shot I say go Fuk off I need it I have injuries Im not young anymore and it helps me.
