My gym has been a soap opera since last march. Rumors if closing, selling etc finally closed the old location to move to new spot and of course the opening delayed. After steam coming out of my ears I went home and trained on my home equipment. Worked chest. Had to wd40 the rails on the smith machine and did incline presses. Then flyers on my bow flex and bench on the bow flex all the while saying this is a wasted piss poor excuse for the chest work I do in the gym but by time I was half way through flyes my pecs were pumped and I was almost glad for the forced switch in routine. Obviously wouldn't stick with this method but maybe I was getting stale. Weights and reps still going up workout to workout but haven't had a nice pump like that for a while.
