    my shoulder is now healing from that abuse,last week I did 405 for 1 and it felt good

      Did 315 once I won't ever try it again. I have a 3rd degree should seperation without surgery it will never be right. Bench or DL I some times have something in between my clavicle and shoulder hurts like hell.

        455 x 2 my goal would love to be 500 with a shirt.Never tried to put one on.

            I had to quit benching straight bar several years ago and all my shoulder pain is totally healed. I can do dumbells with no problem and works pretty good and for whatever reason, doesnt jack up my shoulders...I dont remember my best bench, but I know I used to do 4 plates, thats about it...I hated to quit benching but my shoulders feel great now and wouild probably still be killing me if I was benching

              Being that I am purely in it for hyper trophy I haven't maxed since my 20's but my best low rep set in recent past was 365 for six. I haven't even gone that heavy in some time though. Been using greater range, slower speed and higher reps for a while now.

                I like this method too brother...I have been doing higher reps, lower weights for a little bit now with great results...
