Re: my clavical bones
Due to the low density of nerve fibers, it is possible(I wouldn't say probable) that your discomfort is coming from your rotator cuffs(joints), even though you don't feel it directly in your shoulder. The pain can spread over into the clavicle area. Are you going heavy?I'd go to planet fitness, but I'd hate to set off the Lunk Alarm.

Re: my clavical bones
It can be Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. If there's an impingement of the nerves and/or blood vessels that pass through the thoracic outlet. Nerves and blood vessels pass through the scalene muscles of the neck, under the clavicle down the inside of your arm via your arm pit. If they're impinged by the scalenes you could get this referral pattern.
Do you also have any pain going down the inside of your arm? Maybe down to your pinkie and ring finger? Numbness and tingling?
Does it hurt more when you hold your arms up like while driving?

Re: my clavical bones
fuzo, no disrespect but your getting older and if your going heavy everytime, your going to give one day and your going to tear the muscle from the bone and that's not fun brother. i think you been training many decades and your growth is over and to stress your joints like that is crazy. use 225 for 8 weeks so u keep your mass but don't shrink. i never go real heavy anymore as 47 yrs old i just maintain wat i got so listen to your wife and go lighter. again , no disrespect just trying to save you from injury.all information is for entertainment purposes only and i dont condone the illegal use of steroids! iam just on here for fun and anything said is fictitious not real!!!!!!!!
