    Re: my clavical bones

Due to the low density of nerve fibers, it is possible(I wouldn't say probable) that your discomfort is coming from your rotator cuffs(joints), even though you don't feel it directly in your shoulder. The pain can spread over into the clavicle area. Are you going heavy?
I'd go to planet fitness, but I'd hate to set off the Lunk Alarm.

This sounds very likely as being referred pain from the joints. Time to ligten the weight big boy,

Scar tissue? Take a lacrosse ball or have baby drive her heel into your area of pain while laying flat on the floor. It might her while pressure is applied but afterwards your mobility should increase and pain should lesson.

It can be Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. If there's an impingement of the nerves and/or blood vessels that pass through the thoracic outlet. Nerves and blood vessels pass through the scalene muscles of the neck, under the clavicle down the inside of your arm via your arm pit. If they're impinged by the scalenes you could get this referral pattern.
Do you also have any pain going down the inside of your arm? Maybe down to your pinkie and ring finger? Numbness and tingling?
Does it hurt more when you hold your arms up like while driving?

Yes this did come to my mind but he doesn't have the other symptoms. Fuzo had both shoulders done years ago where they renoved part of the clavicle on both sides. Suprfast may be right, it could be built up scar tissue?

fuzo, no disrespect but your getting older and if your going heavy everytime, your going to give one day and your going to tear the muscle from the bone and that's not fun brother. i think you been training many decades and your growth is over and to stress your joints like that is crazy. use 225 for 8 weeks so u keep your mass but don't shrink. i never go real heavy anymore as 47 yrs old i just maintain wat i got so listen to your wife and go lighter. again , no disrespect just trying to save you from injury.

Ah, understood. Yep scar tissue can be the issue from that procedure. If so then some deep tissue work to break it up might be beneficial. Painful but might help.

I think going lighter would be a good place to strat for him.. If it is referred pain from the shoulder joint, it would be wise to not go heavy. Could also be trigger points that are being activated ib the muscle and some good trigger point massage with my high heels would help, lol
