I have never owned any head phones, ear buds or whatever you call the connection to your music source. See, I have only just listen to the house music. 20 years of training and never carried music to the gym. Maybe one day...................maybe

I dont listen to Music when working out Nor would I want to have head phones on of any size when Im working out as well

See, I have only just listen to the house music. 20 years of training and never carried music to the gym. Maybe one day...................maybe

same here, except subtract about 7 years of training from your 20 and headphones during cardio is about it for me. it doesnt pump me up for weightlifting, psyching myself out is enough pump that music can never produce.

I just got some cordless headphones...finally! I hated those cords always catching on stuff and ripping my headphones off my head. Plus the sound is superior. When I have headphones on ,It says "Leave me alone, Im in my own world" LOL
PS- they play some good classic rock at the gym I go to, so not always wearing headphones is ok, but i prefer the headphones

People always think im igoring them, in a way I am, but not on purpose ha ha. Well kind of. Then when they see me pull my ear buds out they realize and say things like, "Ive been trying to holler at you this whole time..."

Like dzone pointed out though, I might need to lookinto some cordless ear buds or something.

Cordless seems the only way. I tried doing some hang cleans once and ripped the ear bud out of my ear. Great for cardio though.
