    Re: Cardio to lower BF

i would throw in some hiit cardio 2 or 3 days aweek for 20 minutes and i would only do one session of cardio on those days. if you want to do 2, do the hiit in the morning and the staedy paced cardio at night.

question for experienced cardio fat burners: how do you achieve that fat burn, do you look at heart rate? if so, how do you determine the proper heart rate?

I did a small amount of research into keeping heart rate up. I keep mines about 130-135, but I know it would be optimal to hold it at a higher rate like 150-156...

mine averages around 140, but i guess i need to do a little more research on this myself cuz honestly i dont know if thats high, low, or where im suppose to be at. the charts on some of the cardio equipment say that for fat burn my cardio should be lower, i think like 125ish? but i dont feel like im doing shit that way.
