My nylon wrist straps are falling apart, I've had them for many many years. Straps will be a big part in my training regimine as it will help in lifts and holding stretches. Looking at the Versa Grips I can see how they work, but I guess I'm used to having to wrap the nylon straps over and over the bar. Anybody have any experience with these, or suggestions for something else? The one thing I don't like about the nylon straps is that it seems to cut off circulation to my hands...
