    Anyone have any ideas about bands. Brands to use, how to incorporate them into workouts.

    I'm going to be a freak if it kills me.

    There are many keys to success, but two invaluable ones are accelerating strength training and accommodating resistance by add-ing chains or bands or

      i use bands when i work shoulders. Mainly for my rear delts..not sure what brands or anything but they give me sick pumps!
