I have been sitting here for the last hour attempting to figure out the right way to wrap my knees for squatting. I have videos/tutorials but im genuinely retarded.
The video says to wrap tight. What is tight? Ive done it a few times where I felt like blood circulation was getting cut off, possibly too tight.
Any thoughts/advice?
Looking to start pushing my limits for 500lb squats and would like to keep the knees safe only on the heavy sets. I have no intention on wearing them for the light work up to max weights.
