      Thats awesome! Amen to core training. Unfortunately, some people think that core training is only abs. The muscles of the back, hips and hamstrings , AKA the posterior chain are as important or more important than strong abs

        I was just thinking about this topic last night. I remember when I played ball in college they had us do a lot of core strengthening and I remember how much better it made me feel in the gym. I need to get back to these starting off with 2x a week. I'm thinking planks, and side planks for now at 30 seconds each for 2 sets.
