I used to take 3 days off, but now I dedicated a day to arms. Hoping to see some substational gains with this since I generally don't care for biceps. So now I have 2 days off until wife goes back to work. Then my gym time gets all screwed up with her working 12's.
I'm at a point where I train kind of when I want and what I want. I do cardio 5-6 days a week at home and usually weight train 4 days a week. But I train by instinct. If I didn't feel triceps got hit enough with shoulders, I may add them again to chest.
I am with you on that one.
I work at a gym, so I have the flexibility of hitting shit all over the week.
I generally go by instinct as well, and take a day off here and there.
Generally when i am running cycles right now, I go hard hard for the duration of the cycle.
