    Mine is:

    Day One - Chest, Calves, Post Workout Cardio (20)

    Day Two - Back, Abs, Post Workout Cardio (20)

    Day Three - Legs

    Day Four - Arms, Calves, Post Workout Cardio (20)

    Day Five - Shoulders, Abs, Post Workout Cardio (20)

    Day Six - Rest

    Day Seven - Deadlifts and Shrugs

    Mon - Chest
    Tues - Back and Shoulders
    Wed - Legs
    Thurs- Chest
    Friday- Back, shoulders, arms

      I throw abs and cardio in 3x per week.. but it never seems to be the same days. Depends on time restraints.

        just muscles: back & traps
        chest front delts
        arms &shoulders , rear, side
        legs very light,
        deads, very heavy
        all day everyday i do cardio , abs, calves no days off but am and pm workouts! treadmill 1/2 am & 1/2 pm but very sweaty, more accutane from sweating the test out through my poars.
