Who here has done it and what did you think about it? I have someone that want me to do it with them and I just don't know my fat can hang!

I have not done the "program" but I have P90x at home and have used all of the workouts. It's tough man. I think it's a good program and is laid out very well. With that being said, if I could do it, you can do it I'm sure."He woke up because I kept punching him in the face." --Thiago Alves

i think it would be a great program for you to get back into it. It's tough and works at shredding fat. don't expect to get huge from it though.Comment

It's great and I highly recommend it. After a long lay off I did it to get motivated and back in shape. I've given it to two friends this year.Comment
