What is the best workout for your upper leggs? I have a bad left knee so I don't ever do squats, I have started doing some light ones and all is ok so far! I want to put some real mass on my upper legs! Let's hear ideas...

high rep presses worked for me.... with my legs, they seem to respond best too high or very high rep ranges...20-25 easyHE WHO MAKES A BEAST OF HIMSELF, GET'S RID OF THE PAIN OF BEING A MAN!!

Very hard to do upper legs without putting pressure on the knees..and then trying to build them. I would do the decline leg presses and making sure that you do not fully extend the knees. Also for tone i would do easy sit down leg raises for tone. You can still do super sets on the decline without injury or putting undue stress on them, just pay close attention when doing them. Id do alittle deca too to increase lubrication and help to build alittle bone density.sigpic
