for months,and i mean literally months i've tried to understand the fundamentals behind this routine.when i see formulas,percentages,math i get frustrated.i was about to give up until i went thru my closet and found that i forgot i had it printed out already.
so i took the initiative saturday night and read,read and re-read until about 3am.i was about to give up,sat back,had a smoke when it hit me right in the face what the routine is all based upon.this week and a few days into next week i'll be going over some of my lifts to get my 1rm's written down and set up my program.pretty much the way Jim has it but with slightly different auxillary movements.
i will be keeping a weekly to bi-monthly progress journal on here and explain everything in detail as it pertains to the corresponding days in question.hopefully this will give me the drive to follow through with it and also open up topics and discussions as well as feedback from our members.i know we have some talented experienced PLers in here that can give more insight/opinions as this unfolds.hope to have this started soon...rocco.
