    yea...he's a dichead! lol...fukers like 6'3 and shyt!! that one thing i wish i was over 6'....being 5'8 sucks. the only benny is i looked bigger quicker, lol.
    i agree with james though....hard to get a solid weigtt off the bench without a lift off (i think you were saying the same thing)....another reason i swithed to mostly all dumbells before my injury

        Ok, I won't use the big numbers. I quit flat benching a couple years ago to save my shoulders. I rarely used a spotter unless I was maxing out (with big numbers) The gym I'm at now has benches with big "j-hooks." I do close grip bench on them but if I were to do regular flat bench I think I'd need a lift off. I don't think I have short arms but even with no weight on the bar I can barely clear the hooks.--I'm not Short-I'm average!
