    No matter how hard you train, some body parts just look better because of one's genetics. I train my shoulders heavily, but I have the hardest time getting them the way I want.

    I hear ya, I've tried everything for my legs and I just have the worst leg genetics in the world. I have pretty much given up at this point. All I do know is run, leg ext, leg curls, and calf raises. No point in doing squats and stiff leg deads if they aren't gonna grow.
