If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
Dam I had an awesome workout with some pre workout stuff a friend had me try (didn't tell me what it is but he owns a supp company and I'm supposed to give feedback). The stuff rocked my workout but I had the worst crash I've had in a long time a couple hours after workout. Nothing was different with nutrition, rest, stress etc but I felt like I was the day after doing some recs or something (not that I'd know what that was like, well at least not in this century!). Brutal crash. I will be commenting on it the product today...

so overall, do you think that supp was counterproductive. Meaning, did the great workout get overshadowed by the big crash and therefore you did not get as much benefit as you would have if you did not take the supp and have no crash?

Yes the workout rocked, I'm sore as F' this morning but the crash was way to hard. Hardest preworkout formula I have experienced...when I finally get the name I will let you all know...
