    I usually eat an organic (if possible) apple before the gym with some raw almonds. I was surprised how much of a boost the apple gave me. Plus, they taste good.

      I HAVE MY PRE WORK OUT DRINK 30 MINUTES BEFORE MY WORK OUT WITH MY 50MG ANAVAR TAB PLUS MY 150MG OF ORAL LIQUID WINSTROL I PUT IN SOME JUICE AND BY THE TIME I'M DONE WITH RIDING THE BIKE 30 INUTES LATER EVERYTHING SEEMS TO KICK IN AND IM READY TO GO
