My usual am stack is an eca and 1/2 scoop of nanovapor but lately i still can't seem to get my ass moving in the am. I may up the nanovapor a little but usually it just makes me nauseaus if i take more. I guess i could up the eca but that may kill the appetite as well. I'm thinking i've got some adrenal burnout going on. I can take an eca workout and then go take a nap. I've even taken an eca in the afternoon for a boost and still been able to nap.
Anyone have any good rituals or supps that they like? I bought some kynoselen and i'm also thinking of trying that upon rising because of the b vitamins and amp content.
