Okay, I seemed to have lost a ton of flexibility. My hamstrings are so tight that I can't get anywhere close to touching my toes. I think this may be the underlying reason for me having so many sciatic issues. Anyway, I need to put together some kind of every morning routine to get my flexibility back. Any ideas or links for a good routine?
