It seems for like th past almost 2 weeks my hamstrings have been feeling on the verge of cramping and if fully bend my leg in it will cramp up! I DON"T KNOW WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT! I have been staying hydrated and I just a few minutes ago drank a glass of pickle juice, but they feel tight all the time and want to cramp in i squeeze my leg any. Anyone here have this experience and what did you do about it? I have been on a straight test only cycle for 7 weeks now, incase anyone has that question.

My hamstrings tighten up real bad every month and I get small amounts of cortizone injected into the trigger points in my hamstrings and it works. The pain comes from MY lower back issue and when I get my facet injections they hurt the next few days until the shots kick in and then no more pain from my hamstrings. Ive been doing alot of quad streching where you grab your foot from behind and pll it back to your butt or use some kind of bar and after I have streched both quads my ham feel great. try streching every day to loosen them upDisclaimer: Steroid use is illegal in a vast number of countries around the world. If it is cramping, sometimes leg cramping happens when your potassium is low. Eat a banana, orange juice, potatoes or something that is high in potassium and see if that helps. If you already get enough of potassium then it might be something else.Veritas Vos Liberabit

thanks for the feedback. I try to eat potatoes everyday and I am eating 2 banana's a day right now. FUZO, i am going to start stretching them before and after my workouts to also see if that helps them, i am also going to back off the heavy weights on leg day and just add a few more reps per set. I just started taking Bullrush, it is a recellulator from Betancourt Nutrition, it is loaded with potassium, Phosphorus, magnesium, and calcium. Gonna see if it makes a difference in two weeks time."To gain strength on the outside it takes a greater strength within!"
