still doing about 5 sets if 3 to four excercises per bodypart. got bored with the one work set to failure plus drop sets i was doing for a long time. only issue i am having is some tenderness with left elbow, a bit of tendonitis perhaps but otherwise im actually getting better pump, poundages are still steadily going up as are reps. thoughts?

felt strong doing low volume hi intensity but pumps non existent and shape of muscle for some reason didn't come around like higher volume is doing. intensity still there too. keeping it here til i get burnt out i guess

I dont think low volume had ever been too successfull. I think it was a way that all the lazy people could trick themselves injto thinking they were animals like us Bros.........NEVA!!!! ................................Carry on
