I've been interested in getting a free standing bag to beat on, the only thing I dont like is the big bases they have. one of the give/take things that comes with them, I was liking the UFC bag but a guy wrote a review saying his 6 year old gets it to leaking, the bag is 97 clams at wallmart,..guess that answers why. now century has one for 345 kinda more than what I wanna shell out for a bag..anything maby under that someone has that will take a beating ? or is that "the bag" ? yo Fuzo dont you have somethin' like that ?

You will need to shell out some moolah for a decent FREESTANDING bag. Try ebay. I got a B.O.B the body opponent bag for 50 buck brand new - normally goes for 395$ You fill the base up with either sand or water . If you have a home just get one of those long Muy Thai bags filled with sand and hang from the floor above. With training equipment heres no short cut unless you get lucky on ebay or craigs listComment

WAVEMASTERXXL ITS A HUGE BAG AMD YES THE BASE IS A LITTLE BIG BUT LUST A LITTLE BIGGER THEN THE BAG BUT IT DOESNT GET IN THE WAY.iF YA CANT HANG A BANG THEN YES THE WAVEMASTERXXL IS THE BAG TO GET. I FILL IT WITH WATER. I LOVE MY BAG.AND THE BEST IS WHEN THE BAG RIPS OR GETS SOFT THEY WILL REPLACE IT FREE. MTMED I GOT MINE AT CENTURY.
I PAID ALOT LESS FOR MY BAG BECAUSE IT WAS ON SALE I GOT LUCKY.

Killer ! thanks for the advise guys. we have one in class and it's lasted for a long time know. that was just the thing, the size of the base. but hey that will improve my stance and distance like watching out for stepping on an opponents feet or something.Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.
